Get set for 2 days of all things HDYO! Join us on March 5-6th 2022 as we welcome you to HDYO’s International Young Adult Virtual Congress - the perfect opportunity to discover the latest from experts in the field, hear personal stories and network with members of the HD community.
After an incredibly successful virtual event in 2021, we are super busy behind the scenes gearing up for an even bigger and better event with greater interaction, a state-of-the-art virtual platform and trailblazing research shared by prominent figures in the HD field.
You will not want to miss our panel of incredible speakers including renowned musician, Trey Gray who is a force for hope and an inspiration to those affected by Huntington’s Disease.
Clinical Therapist and HDYO Board Member, Dr Bonnie Hennig-Trestman will be sharing tools for managing the mental health challenges that the disease presents.
Emmy-award winning TV journalist Charles Sabine OBE closing the event after sharing his personal experiences with HD and how he is remaining positive in the face of adversity.
We also have several personal stories, latest in research from several pharmaceutical companies, Q&As, interactive community building, and much more!
This is just a taste of what’s to come - Find out more about the agenda including timings for each session. The event caters for all time zones with the main sessions running on Saturday and Sunday 4:30pm – 9pm GMT and a further session on Sunday 6am-8am GMT to accommodate for Asia and Australasia regions.
HDYO’s International Young Adult Virtual Congress is the perfect platform to connect, support and inform the global HD community. The event is open to all HD community members and there is NO FEE for the community to register. We hope to see you there!
